“I've been working with Dan for over 3 years now in twice weekly personal training sessions, in person and over zoom during the pandemic. He is knowledgeable, patient, and changes our sessions based on my goals and physical ability. I love our sessions and look forward to them every week.

I started with Dan because of extreme shoulder and scap pain which resulted from 25+ years desk working and an injury. I couldn't even lift my arm above my head and it severely impacted my life. Dan helped rehab my shoulder and our regular workouts keep me healthy and out of the specialist's office!

I had previously tried physio, yoga and other things, but only weight training has fixed my problems. Since then, we have improved my strength through weights and mobility exercises. I have done multiple ultra-marathon walks and recently completed a life goal of the Camino de Santiago long-distance walking pilgrimage, but the main thing is that I am healthy and functional in my daily life, rather than living with pain.

My sessions with Dan are essential for my physical and mental health and I consider them an investment. I'm in my late 40s and with Dan's help, I intend to stay healthy and keep getting stronger. I *highly* recommend Dan as a personal trainer!”
