What to expect

  • The first session usually involves discussion and general movement preparation. This could be a series of low intensity movements, positions and stretches that will give us an idea of where we can focus our efforts in the following sessions.

  • I will take you through some basic warmup movements that you can go away and practise to build up the skills you need to train.

  • I encourage clients to bring water and always expect to work hard in some capacity. My intention is that you leave feeling invigorated and not fatigued.
